This notice is served THIRTY (30) days in advance of the effective date, as required by Tex. Prop. Code § 91.001. The notice period expires on October 24, 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the tenancy remain unchanged. Rent at the increased amount is due and payable on the first day of each month beginning with the effective date above.

No statute sets a rent-increase period — the notice to change terms is the same as the notice to terminate the periodic tenancy, so 30 days for month-to-month. The lease controls.
